Dr. Chris Lawrey is an Associate Professor in the Mitchell College of Business at the èƵ, and he is also the Director of the Jaguar Investment Fund. 

His research interests include working capital management, corporate and personal liquidity, cash management, trade credit, and financial markets. He has published works in the Journal of Banking & Finance, the Journal of Financial Research, the Journal of Asset Management, Review of Accounting & Finance, and American Journal of Finance & Accounting. 

He currently serves on the Keesler Federal Credit Unions Community Advisory Panel for the Mobile area. He served as a board member for Success Credit Union for 10 years with the last 2 as Chairman. While at the èƵ, he has been recognized as Professor of the Year in 2021 and for Excellence in Teaching in 2020.
