Current Residents

Academic Year 2025-2026 Assignment Timeline

Renew Your Room

Current residents may have the ability to renew their current room assignment for the next academic year if eligible. Eligibility to renew your room is based on the completed date of the AY 2025-2026 housing contract and if your current room is available for renewal.

  • Housing Contract Deadline: February 1, 2025
  • Renew Your Room event opens on MyUSAHousing: February 4-7, 2025

IMPORTANT: Residents in the below buildings/rooms are NOT eligible to renew their same room:

â–¼   Azalea Hall
All rooms are ineligible to renew.
â–¼   Camellia Hall
All rooms are ineligible to renew.
â–¼   Epsilon 1 & 2
All rooms are ineligible to renew.
â–¼   Delta 6
All rooms are ineligible to renew.
â–¼   Delta 3, Gamma 5-9, and Stokes Hall

Select rooms are ineligible for renewal due to being reserved for approved University groups/departments.

To determine if your current room is eligible for renewal, please contact the USA Housing office AFTER January 24th, 2025, for further assistance.

 


Priority Room Selection

Current residents have first priority room selection of all rooms (excluding Azalea Hall, Camellia Hall, Epsilon 1 & 2, or Delta 6). Room selection priority is based on the completed date of the AY 2024-2025 Housing contract. 

  • Housing Contract Deadline: February 1, 2025
  • RoomSync Roommate Matching Deadline: February 1, 2025
  • Priority Room Selection event opens on MyUSAHousing: February 12-21, 2025

Students will receive details by email to their JagMail about these assignment events, including timeslots for participation.
